1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the Brisa Padel website, facilities, or services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. Brisa Padel reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
2. Membership
Membership at Brisa Padel is granted at the sole discretion of club management. Membership is personal and non-transferable. Members must present valid identification upon request. Brisa Padel reserves the right to suspend or terminate any membership that violates club rules or these Terms.
3. Court Bookings & Cancellations
Court reservations must be made in advance through our booking system. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled time will forfeit the session fee. No-shows will be charged the full session rate. Brisa Padel reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to maintenance, events, or unforeseen circumstances.
4. Code of Conduct
All members and guests are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner at all times. Abusive language, aggressive behavior, or damage to club property will result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of membership without refund.
5. Health & Safety
Members and guests participate in all activities at their own risk. Brisa Padel strongly recommends that all players consult a physician before engaging in physical activity. Appropriate athletic footwear is required on all courts at all times. Brisa Padel is not liable for personal injury sustained during play.
6. Liability Waiver
Brisa Padel, its owners, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, damage, or injury to persons or property occurring on club premises, except where such liability cannot be excluded by law. Members and guests are responsible for their personal belongings at all times.
7. Fees & Payments
All membership fees and court booking fees are due at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. Brisa Padel reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days' written notice to active members.
8. Privacy
Your personal information is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described therein.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Miami-Dade County, Florida.
